The cottages have been tastefully refurbished to reflect the period of the building and are set within meticulously maintained tranquil gardens which have won numerous awards and have also appeared on BBC television. The centrally heated cottages, which range in size from one to three bedrooms, are exceptionally spacious, furnished and decorated to a high standard. Each cottage has a comfortable living and dining area, a fully fitted kitchen equipped with fridge, electric oven, hob and microwave. They all have a Freeview digital TV, Video, DVD player, Music Centre and WiFi internet access.

Most bedrooms are en-suite and duvets, bed linen and towels are supplied at no extra charge. Cots and high chairs are available if required. Guests have the use of our fully equipped laundry room. There is one reserved car parking space for each cottage.

We will be happy to order any provisions in advance of your arrival. For the comfort of our guests we operate a No Smoking policy in all the cottages. We welcome children but regret no pets allowed.

For those of you wishing to pamper yourselves try our very popular Unisex Hair Salon which is situated within the complex. We have one Car Parking space for each cottage.. Open all year, Sidmouth’s mild climate makes the Littlecourt an ideal choice both for Summer holidays and for Winter and Autumn breaks.

Now that all legal restrictions have been removed, we all still need to be careful to cut the chances of catching or spreading the virus.
We will continue with protocols that outline cleaning and safety requirements. This is to ensure your safety, and that of our staff, and ourselves.  It will, however, mean that things are slightly different from usual, and we will be asking for your cooperation with a few things.
